Day 27, I'll skip air con installation, nothing special, a Panasonic system 4. Kitchen facet from TB, but it seems that our sink is too big.

Cool, may be you can share with me the results when you decide to do that. I do notise the difference in height but maybe the contractor can level it later should I decide to laminate wood/vinyl or paint or even lay tiles on it. Another thing to worry is that it will be higher than the room floor.

That is just a thought, may not be doing that. Hopefully it can last for several years from now.

Yes, I understand that. I intend to paint or laminate wood later if we really can't tolerate it. Now, we are trying to endure the powdery feel.
