LOL LOL LOL. It just make me laugh to see u guys arguing and debating. If FS is good, why are u guys throwing knifes, fork, spoon, daggers at each other? FengShui is supposed to help to bring 'smoothness' in our life. Be it family, career, health, etc. But have we taken into consideration the 'Shen chen ba zhi'? Some ppl are born in a wrong time, such that at times FS cannot help them in life. Do u guys study about that? if FS is so good, why are there divorces rate so high, unemployment, etc etc etc? So many families are listening to all the fengshui, in the end, what happen? confirmed i am very sure they don't face the stove and the sink wih each other. So what? My friend put a kerb in front of his house main door, his reason - to prevent the good luck from flowing out. So i ask him- at the same time, are u preventing good luck from coming in? he shut his mouth after that. A high number of Ang Mo don't believe in Fengshui. So are they always having bad luck? Seriously, what is what? And how come there are different school of thoughts? or rather... whose thoughts? In China, the people will have 1 school of thoughts, also influenced with their way of life. In Korea, the people also will have their school of thoughts, also influenced by their way of life and culture. So who is right in calculating the FS? I am not against FS. But why make your life so miserable just bcas of FS?! Agar-agar de ho.

wow... saw the termites and all my hair is standing. Be it warranty or not. as long as there is wood, even though there is treatment for termites, its still not 100% termites proof. Whether Evorich will change the laminate or not, it should not be a great issue. Question is - will the new laminate flooring be termite free too? Also, if Evorich is bad, which company is 100% termite free? Let me know so that i can engage them too for my new house. personally, i have heard bad comments about other companies too. I think its more like heng-suay. by the way, i have eaten McFilet-0-fish with a fish bone inside and a broken bone in the CNY black pepper burger. In fact, more parents will give the kids to eat and believe its free of bones. Yet i encountered it twice at mcDonald. So, should i condemn the fast food? Many laminate flooring don't produce their own flooring. They only get supplies from overseas and labelled their own company name on it. As long as there is ppl, there is bound to have problems.

Hi Forumers, Finally it's my turn of fulfulling my dreams of building a new home. Its so excited after going thru' all the obstacles of purchasing my new home. Phew! its never an easy task. Thru' my friend's recommendation, i was introduced to a guy called Nicholas from Renoguyz. Quite a funny cheezy name. Read a few articles about him here, kiasu abit. Better to be safe than sorry. Finally arranged an appt with him today and we met at McDonald instead of an office. Wearing T-shirt, Berm, slippers and sling bag. Impression of him drop. However, i am mentally prepared after reading kiddo14 thread. LOL... Indeed as he mentioned. Here, he introduced himself as That ID shoppe instead, i was taken back. He later explained he is expanding after doing freelance. Gossiping abit about his past before we briefly go thru the details of my needs. i would say he is kinda detailed in explaining, giving a brief quotation on the spot. My impression of him improves. I am waiting for his proper quotes later. i didn't ask much about his new shop as he told me its in progress. i dunno who else kena, i was recently informed that i am getting my new keys much earlier and now i am in panic station. how now! i just want to be extra safe than sorry. I've seen his workmanship at my friend's house, chat with him, he is one of his preferred one compared to other IDs i visited.
