check with yr id the price for the above first b4 engaging your own electrician. as there's a lot of co-ordination work between id and electrician. unless price is super high, then consider your own electrician. for mine, electrician came quite a few times at no extra cost. my cost is below $600 and includes: 2x13a power pt 3unit 1x13a power pt 2unit tel pt 1unit install lights 12unit relocate 1pt 1unit ven fan pt 1unit this shd give u a better idea of price range. no doubt mine only done last mth but keep in mind there's a price increase recently.

Hi darkwing, my report on the induction cooker as promised: after using for abt 2wks, todate no complaints infact quite like it even my chef also no complaints. u will mentioning that induction cooking ware is expensive, it depends on wat's u wan. eg got a stainless steel kettle for abt $6-7 and it's working fine. actually cooking ware juz need to be s/s or metal and it will do just fine. saw in f@irprice xtra there's a non-stick cooking pan for $26 but chef wan a deeper one which was got from T@ng for $70+. so this is the only exp one. hope i clear yr doubt, let me know if there's any question?

it's more for added security as the hinges are not welded. even if you have a good gate lock, thief still can open yr gate the other side thru the hinges within 5mins. hearsay about these but don't know how true. to me, with new items in the hse and recently reno, so wat's $90 to buy added security. did it juz b4 delivery of the items.

yours is cheap. also did my curtain @ sweet home - total damage $950. mbr 100% blockout material, study - roman curtain, living - 70% blockout material + double tracks, rm 1 and aircon ledge window only install rail. for those looking at curtain, different materials, rails, etc have different quotes - so can only use as rough guide. ask nearly all the shops in TPY central, to me sweet home pricing slightly better (me not related to them hor). !!

Hi Ptro, thank you, you r so kind. i like yr kitchen cabinet - simple and neat!! with the L-shape cabinet, can hv more storage and top area, very nice. just too bad, id did not suggest this to me even though hv told him sink area very small. my kitchen layout quite similar as yrs, with dining table and fridge switch places. @ yr washing machine area, is my tall unit. to those neighbours who signed up with the same id, if you r not rushing then no problem else better control their timing and co-ordination. up-todate, watever they hv done, i'm happy with it but their co-ordination and timing sucks big time. now no confidence anymore, checking everyday to ensure they did wat they said. mine is queen size - mattress measurement: 152cm (W) x 190cm (L) x 18cm (H). hv tried calling robinson centrept - omazz to get king size measurement but no one picked. let u know once i hv it.

Hi, when i brought mine, have asked salesperson any special requirements for bed frame as i'm customising mine. reply is omazz mattress standard size - no problem even if get ready made bed frame. also confirmed by id when i gave him the measurement. maybe your bed frame is shorter than standard. !!
