Lotus brand IMM also have - same shop as Omazz. was checking out Omazz mattress when saw this brand but find the sales woman very .... most likely will settle on Omazz mattress which i try in Robinson Ctpt - v comfy. know it's v ex but after trying cannot forget leh. will treat this as a investment. have readup but air-con is not my league. after reading aso don't understand. most likely will bulk purchase with you guy and save me the trouble.

Hi, i will be doing whole hse laminate flooring as it's cheaper than homogenous. check with your id where the material is coming from as there's china made, malaysia made, germany made. don't pay for a germany made and then when installed, you get china made . there are several threads regarding laminated flooring in renotalk, read it to have a better understanding. it's after reading it, that i decided to go to whole house laminated flooring. also visit Kronotex booth during the Creative Living recently but sorry don't know the difference between the 2 brand.

Hi doremi, paiseh , should be 2 toilets + redo kitchen tiles. actually they include alot of small items you tend to forget to ask during initial query. my fs master give me the basic layout like position of bed, wardrobe, study table, etc so just tell id. id only provide a better drawing on the layout. no, its really 17K - i didn't do overlaying of toilet tiles or shower screen. only do vanity cabinet in both toilets and spray special effect on wall and floor. was at id showroom and he show me the special effect end result in their toilet. really like it alot. will ask him more when i see him next time. anyway, main reason why only 17K cos my flooring for 3bedroom + living room is only laminated flooring which is only ard 3k.

Hi future neighbours, my unit is in blk B. have got quotation from 4 id, still waiting for 2 more to come in. just to share - 2 quotes ard 33k, bal ard 17k. the big diff is due to overlaying of tiles in both toilets.
