Good day to all! I am new to this forum and I am looking to buy a 3room unit in Yishun. I've read somewhere in this forum that some walls (prefab) cannot tear down. To avoid that, I've bought the floor plan from HDB website on the unit I am keen and before handing in the option fee. The lines in the floor plan are all solid black. Does that mean I can't hack any of the wall?? Who can I confirm with on this matter? I am looking around without an agent. I kinda like this unit after 1st viewing. Should I negotiate price 1st or go for 2nd viewing 1st? And do I pay the seller agent the commission? Or how does it work if the buyer does not have an agent. The valuation is $335k. Asking for $340k. If I offer $330k, will the seller agent scream at me?? Do you negotiate by $1-2k or $10-20k? Sorry for the many questions.
