Hi there. Yes, the wooden laminate will stay throughout the house.. but i will be using beidge and grey laminate for room.. the drawers and cabinets door nt up yet.. when its done, u can have a look!

I requested for just 2 sockets.. to reduce cost.. but also requested to have enuff space to place a 4-6 multi-plugs extention to be store in it..

Updates 23/5/2014 ! Kitchen is almost ready! Bought a Dolce Gusto Machine and a Bosch MUM5 Kitchen Machine over the weekends from TANGS! And also Works had started in my Master Bedroom ! Bed Head and Study Table are up, halfway! And our WIW will be up very soon by this week too! Can't wait to see it!

14/05/2014 Updates Kitchen Cabinets' door are up ! So excited to see them !

Vesak Day updates Feeling Creative over last weekend! Bought a few Canvas, MDF Alphabets and Acrylic paint yesterday at ARTFRIEND Bras Basah Complex.. So we spend half of today creating wonderful minimalistic Art pieces.. and this is the result!

Yeah.. so excited to see the lights working.. will be getting some night shot soon! Nope. Bathrooms will remain the original HDB tiles, because white walls in bathroom may be a hassle to maintain.. so not doing..

Updates 3/5/2014 Our Loots from Taobao has finally arrived at out new house on Labour Day, filling up a whole lot of space in my Bedroom 3 ! Spent almost 3 hours unpacking everything, it wasn't an easy job, labour intensive job on labour day! Almost all my T5s Tube arrived safe and sound, 2 broken into half, out of the 40 pieces. But i suspend it was damaged not due to Shipping but most probably mishandling in their own warehouse! Luckily i bought some extras.. Looking forwards to my Kitchen Next Week ! and the installation of Downlights and Cove Lights..

I have not installed it. But the remote seems to be 'custom made' by Elmark. Just a tinkle for you, if u managed to buy oversea, do ask for the remote control..

buying locally although is more expensive, but at least they do provide a form of warranty for the fans.. and Elmark is the main distributor for SG and neighbouring countries too..

Updates 11/4/14 - Today finally decided on the laminates to be used for all wood works.. Meanwhile my Fans arrived.. And a first layer of Paint for Living Room.. Looking Great..

Yes, it is concealed relocation. It can be done but with additional charge. If it is hidden behind carpentry, then just use trunking.

Updates 2/4/2014 ! Stuffs sitting in m current house, can't wait to get them up and running in New Home!

Supervising wise, things are mostly rectify in a week when requested/feedback. Because due to im currently living v near my new hm, a 5mins walk. I tend to visit, 'supervise' much more often and earlier than them. I visit almost every other day. Haha! In fact, once individual works are completed, they will be updated me almost immediately. Example, electrical done, fasle ceilling works done, wall box up done, glass works done, etc. Quality wise, cant comment much yet. As times goes by soon, i will upload the progress. And comment along with pictures. Hope this helps!

See wrongly. Mine charged $10/installation of light. For 1 row of T5, they charged me 1 light point only.

Cos this cover lighting is the main source of light for my walk-in-wardrobe, kitchen , MBR and living room. Only T5 can produce 360 degrees of bright light.

The points for hood and oven also refer to power sockets? Yes. included, even those for oven, gas heater etc. Data point is used for connecting direct to LAN cable? Yes, because i wanted my internet to run full sped to my PCs, and android box for my TVs. What are Q-switch? Sorry. My mistake, Kill-Switch i meant. for Example one kill-switch for TV console, one switch to turn off all switches(TV,Soundbar,Andriod Box,etc) You have 47 lights to be installed? Is it because you did up false ceilings for all the rooms? Yes. Total of 47 Lights installed, because i run a lot of Cove Lightings, for example, just the living room i have 5 T5 Tubes, thus 5 lightings point.
