Hi Bubsbunny, Visited yr blog....is the laminate tt badly done? Saw the one done up @ my buddy place ok leh. Also done by the Homely Image- she din do much of other reno stuff though. Did yr ID do anything abt it? My place is doing quite ok so far.... little quiries here and there but sorted out with my ID. Initially was a bit shocked when I went up on the daily inspection cos things are not done in the way tt i thot it will be but ID assured me that everything turn out well when the men complete the job... Was skeptical initially but seems like things are not as bad as I thot....maybe she's right..... Tink the reno and shopping and all those planning for wedding is stressing me out.... get very edgy and picky easily....

tt's assuring to hear.... tilers sound pretty on.... hope I'll get the same ones for my place. anyway, checked with my ID (Doreen) tis morning (typical sporean - KS) on the chips....was advised sometimes due to the cutting of tiles so abit of jaggered edges bound to hv but should not be too bad... oic...... U verify with the tile supplier on the glazed/unglazed matter? Wat say them? aiyo.... very major work huh? U still gg to hack the wall? how long will the wait be? my ID is Doreen, so far ok, no complaints...... gg "shopping" tis wkend for sanitary wares..... u got yours alredi? Where did yr ID bring U? Cheap or not?

sorry, was out town past few days.... the GST hike to making everyone rushing ard..... guess it a good opportunity for those retailers and service providers tt charge GST.... a booster to their sales.... cupboard sheets huh.... i think they do not lay them cos the tiling work is gg on.... did you check with your ID? wat has she got to say? if not wrong they will do the grout (i tink tt the correct spelling) when the tiling is done so when the those little edge chips will be covered. Is the chip v bad? Did you get them to change? wat is diff between the glazed & unglazed tiles huh?

good to hear that all has gone well so far...feel more assured.... signed up with them last week. U rite abt the additional cost but sometimes difficult to say leh.... will like to include everything on wish list but tight budget so can only add in little by little to make it look more complete ..... anyway, alredi set aside a litttle extra $$ to cater for those "luxury item" that comes along..... heard from my friends that the reno mkt v active now cos everyone beating the GST increase.... a lot of them having few projects running @ the same time but should not worry cos that's the norm for the IDS- almost like post Christmas & CNY period...... remember to keep posting..... me v excited....gg to do tiles selection soon, target to commence early July.....

tt's good news!!! jus contacted one of my prospective ID too... the response was pretty fast..... met ID 1 day after calling.... they took down my requirements and gave a draft space planning base on my floor plan on the spot.... now waiting for quote and initial drawing... promised by this thurs.... hope turn out well like yours.... did you check if you do not engage them in the end, need to pay or not? some ID will charge for the design if eventually deal calls off..... all the best to your tonite meeting!!!

Hi dear fellow homeowners, Have any of u tried Homely? I heard they not bad leh...pls share ur experiences... Me considering...their prices are relatively competitive. Was recommended by my friend.. I have been and viewed their completed homes and spoken to their ex-client...quite good testimonials.... But hor, of course they select the goods wans to show lah...so wat u guys tinks? So far they quite prof lah...explained quote details, showed me deisgns and was able to help us work within our budget...they not pushy...btw...my ID is Doreen.... Anyone, deal with her before?? any feedbacks.????
