Day 6 of Renovation Thanks to my Contractor's tilesmen to meet me and start some tiles works on Saturday! Kitchen tiles up partially, cant wait to c it complete!

I also just bought the beebest rainshower instant heater! Will install it abt end of the month, looking forward to your update... although no u-turn if it don't work well. haha

I am engaging clementi Kian Seng curtain for our roller blind, was recommended by a fren. you may give them a try.

Day 3 of Renovation Hack completely, end of demolishing...

Day 2 of Renovation Still hacking... was amazed when we saw the kitchen wall being hacked!

Yes, $50 per fan. but my contractor told me some KDK fan may have "shaking" issue after installation. I still want to give it a try, because the KDK fans are too exp in Sg..compare to Msia. Will let you know whether mine is working after it is installed.

As usual, we research from google, renotalk about the ID and contractors. Me and my wife met about 3 ID and 3 contractors. End up we have selected the popular MR. A for our renovation contractor. We felt his quotation are reasonable and he does provide good suggestion on certain renovation idea to save the cost. and we promised to him.. if he does swee swee for our renovation, we will help him promote @ renotalk~ haha! Our renovation will start tomorrow, hack hack hack...

4. Hack the existing Kitchen Wall 5. "Build" a Partition Board Storeroom at BedRoom3 - No choice, the existing seller hacked it and we must have a storeroom after discussed with my wife: 6. TV "Feature Wall" -- well, after discussed with the contractor, he suggested to have partition board to fill up the weird "hole". This can save about 2K to build the concrete feature wall: 7. Rewiring for whole unit (20yrs old unit, better to rewiring....) 8. Change whole unit Window Grilles, bed room doors and main gate.
