What i compare with some ID qoute me, this is very cheap. One ID charge me for water heater point & SCV point for $320 each.

We will be collecting keys between Feb-Mar. We looking for a very reasonable ID or Contractor as we have a very very tight budget. The renovation description; -full kitchen reno -grills for the whole unit -painting for the whole unit -tv console for hall and master bedroom -partition near the main door -platform for both common room to fit 2 single/super single mattress -built in wardrobe for the 3rooms -if there anything i missed out for the necessary basic reno, please do add in, thank you

We collecting key between February - March but we still short of the amount for the flat. I under we need to make that payment full lump sum before we can collect the key right. I understand to we need to earn 24k-30k per annum but we dont hit that too. Is there any other way to get loan?
