i recieve an email stating that my house PCD date is end NOV 2016.

however is there anyway to appeal to HDB so that they could realease the keys to me before the PCD if my unit have already been done up ?

exactly. maybe they will ask you where you buy the stuffs from, and do you have any reciept or whatever to prove it. there are  many  many ways. 

money in ez, but for companies to money out, they will somehow find ways to make sure the money is really what you have been insured of.

i also thought of buying lightning and electrical stuffs from TB.

but what is holding me back is , what if , touch many many wood, the electrical stuffs short circuit and catch fire. the whole house on fire, i dont think it will be covered under the house insurance right ? as there is no official safety sticker

recently i just manage to book a 5rm flat @ palm breeze bto proj. the hdb website states that the completetion will be on end of 2016. me and my wife fantasize of turning our house into resort theme. we intend to get an interior designer to help us do everything as we're both busy with our jobs. but we dont know what steps are to be taken or what have to be done or where do we start from
