Hi christine actually i am going to build a fireplace too!!!!!!! hahahaa cottage craft can do it. for about 1.8k... i saw one brown fireplace today at picket and rail.. only $800 the white day bed.. picket and rail has something similar.. but it is a normal bed.. i dunno if they have a day bed. ikea has the wrought iron one.. have u seen before? quite nice very country feel... hi piggie i blog about the shopping at picket and rail on multiply. not bad leh the deals... quite a lot of nice country stuff on sales. but too bad... cannot buy cos house not ready yet no place to put. u sure can get the flat lah. u Q no is sooooooooooo infront! hehehehe

i like the woodpanelling too!! we are going to do it for the livingroom / dinning room if budget allows.... hi morghanjess i think most prob i will follow the table design for the dining room... but that means we would have to custome make a bench.. my hubby isnt keen see first hahhaa

hi morghanjess our place is at the bukit timah nature reserve. now still building they are doing the landscaping and pool now. however we are no longer allowed inside the site so dunno abt the interior... Nice country dining room! hehe

hi 'morghanjess' AGREE with u... those really country style ones are too expensive. i kind of like the laura ashley sofa but they are 2 seaters too small... my place has not TOP.. now has alot of rumours abt when going to TOP some neighbours said by jan.. some said by march.. so dunno when also can start reno hahaha

hi cantona, i just bought all the cultery and some decorations.. big items like sofa we haven't buy yet cos i dun have the measurement of our place yet. however we already shortlisted some items. when do u suggest we buy these items? and also electrical stuff??

Hi morghanjess, ehhehe typical kiasu mentality of mine!! my hubby has banned me from buying more stuff!! i love pantry magic too!! but their stuff is abit pricey.. they are now having promotions.. if u use ocbc card u get discount when u buy above certain amount. quite worth since the stuff there are rather expensive.. but not very country their stuff, more for baking i feel.. u can also check out this shop, cottagecraft or something.. at Stamford House, Level 2. They sell ALL sort of country stuff.. u will love it there!! Another nice place with interesting country stuff (not all) is the Loft at Centrepoint!! they have nice country clocks and lots of wroght iron stuff. VERY PRETTY!!!!! hi Cantona7, are u a fan of the country theme too??
