not really alot of work.. hacking of floor tiles on living, dining, kitchen, bathrooms, laminating bedroom floor, hack half wall in bedroom 3, do up kitchen cabinets n mini wiw.. we minimising carpentry cos costly..

Been reading forums at RenoTalk aeons ago.. kept wondering when will it be my turn to blog!!! Finally.. after months of ID sourcing, we signed on the dotted line with Johnny from A&D. Our keys will only be available mid-Nov and target date to move in is by Jan 2008 (fingers n toes crossed!!) Where is our heavenly haven?? Punggol. It's a 5-room resale unit. Above is the proposed layout by Johnny - we opted for a very very simple renovation.. Balcony - which we will remove and level up to create a bigger living area Study room - all cupboards will be removed Kitchen - hack all!!!

Lifestyle, how come I can't view some of the pix u posted? Even those in ur blogs are not viewable by me..
