The power of my track lights 7watt each bulb. I would say still ok, but not brighten evenly as down lights as the area that it's facing will be bright but will have some spot look not so bright. If for studying or reading downlights will be better. The total cost about 55 - 60k including electrical. Overlay toilets wall and floor is $1900 per toilet. Dont know if within market rate a not. PM-ed PM-ed PM-ed So far so good for the Fan, except that 2 of fan when just on will have a very slight -eee- sound, but when the fan start spinning then cannot hear anymore. Dont know why. My old house was running on Fanco too. its been a year plus, so far OK. Thanks for Visiting! Pm-ed, no issues except that the power wiring will need to be done, for mine, because im using storage heater, so the master storage heater 20A plug was pulled to power another unit. And because my living room's unit is nearer to the service yard, so when power on can feel the hot air coming in to the yard. PM-ed Pm-ed

It’s been super long since i last updated. Had moved in on the 16th of July. Then till now, was busy un-packing, checking defects, cleaning. Buying things. So late reply on my PM. Will PM the request shortly. And finally got the time to upload to Photobucket on the photos that i had took. So far staying for 3 weeks, was OK. Except for some defects which waiting for ID to clear for me. Have not paid the final 10% so i have got no worries. =) Ok, here are the following updates. *PS: Because the photos are consolidated with different time taken so may seem a bit “Rojak” Curtains Blinds by Ridge Furnishing. Overall Experience is good, during installation, one of the blind’s string was on the wrong side, but they manage to change it with the supplier. Kitchen’s Window Frame and Door was also installed. Shoe Cabinet with pull-out sitting stool and Feature Wall to cover the home shelter. Used mirror so that can ensure all are nice and neat before leaving the house My Workspace. Now you see it, now you don’t. =) My living room and cosy/games area. My Kitchen before moving in. Hope it can stay neat and clean for long. =)

Progress has been going on smoothly now.. Had install the platform and table top. Wednesday another round of acid cleaning and can start checking for defects. Platform for cosy area and MBR Table top for kitchen and toilets

Was away for few days, and saw that about 95 percent of my capentry was up, doors and glass shower screen all up. Now pending with table top, platform and painting touch up then all is good to go. Bedroom 2 completed. Master bedroom except for TV mounting. Toilet glass door up, left with plumbing and table top Am happy with the door lock from Taobao. Living TV console Living area. Left with study bi fold door and kitchen windows. My kitchen without the table top.

when carpentry has started. Every day seems to be nearer to completion. Next week should be done with carpentry. And doors, platform, shower screen all these should be next week. So excited. Living room feature wall and cosy area partially up.

Finally my carpentry had started!! I must say it is really a lot. Step into my house whole place was full of carpentry. Day 1- chunks and chunks of carpentry and kitchen Day 1 - Wardrobe and shoe cabinet getting ready Day 2 - study table, kitchen, toilets, display cabinet.

It's had been two weeks, aircon is up, first coat of paint is also up. And just done with acid wash. Progress was quite slow. Am now pushing my ID to speed up the progress. Next week carpentry will arrive, and according to to her, within a week ccarpentry can be done, not sure if it's true. Hopefully by month end all will be done.. Before carpentry cover the floor with protection, here are some pictures of my sparkling clean home. Its been awhile i had update my progress. The progress was not as fast as i expected. For the past 4 weeks, only painting, lights (partial) are up. And some of the tiles touch up. So this week, partial toilet stuff like W.C, rain shower sets will be installed, so to give way for acid cleaning, i had finally manage to squeeze my Taobao loots into the storeroom. Now my storeroom are super packed! I think if my ID wants me to find something from there for them to install i don't think i can ever find it. LOL. Shall take a pic tomorrow on my storeroom. Aircon also will be installing on tomorrow. This week will complete the acid wash. Next week will start the carpentry! So looking forward!.

Hi Fa, thanks for visiting! Initially Subway tiles was not planned, was planning to use color glass for the back splash, but wife saw some kitchen with subway tiles so decided to change. My subway tiles are from Taobao. pricing is at least half the price of SG. Haven deliver yet, so dont have any reviews for it.

Last 2 weeks ago, went to Harvey Norman expo sale. The fridge and washing machines deals are not really that good. Quite standard. But the TV seems to have quite a discount. Especially now new models of UHD TVs for 2015/2016 are released. So those models that I am eyeing previously seems to have some promotions. So my trip there in less than an hour, my wife and I swept total of 3 TVs, 2 sound systems. (Of course inclusive of free gifts promotion). First purchase - Buy TV free wireless speakers, and $100 choice voucher Was in the hourly sale promo to catch some fun since so many people was crowding there, while listening, and suddenly the emcee was about to release the final price, (out of natural reaction to standby), when the emcee shut out the promo price with the "5, 4, 3, 2, 1, $1499!) automatically, my hands raise up.. So I get to buy the LG 49" UHD Smart LED TV. (Together with 6 others) This TV was not planned, but since already got it, use it in my master bedroom then. Arranged delivery on last week of May in order to redeem the free gifts. Second purchase. Buy TV UHD 3D free 40" Smart TV, and sound bar with wireless woofer Aftet getting the LG, pass by the Samsung booth, saw the TV I had been aiming since months ago with an attractive free gifts and price was slightly cheaper. So decided to quickly enquire, and the sales was actually more interested to sell me the 2015/2016 "JU" model. Still decided to get that model which I had been eyeing. So made the purchase. Was quite happy since I got what I want, but another side of me was feeling the pain for the damages.

Just received my 2nd batch of taobao shipments. Total of 1.9cbm. Am ready for carpentry after painting!! there are simply too many stuff in the shipment, I will post the links once they are installed. And now am waiting for a few more items to reach China warehouse and is ready for my 3rd shipment.

The living room ceilings and aircons are all ready painting. After finalizing the laminates color and painting, I hope my house will not be too grey. Lol. Living ceilings and dining. Aircon boxup front and back. Living room tiles. The small corner will be my conceal study table.

Hi, yes it is meant for a "walkin" wardrobe, with 2 rows. yes, surely it will reduce the space. But no choice, my wife needs tremendous amount of space for her clothes. So give and take. Had measured, i think got around 80cm in between

After buying some lights from taobao, decided to test it out. The lights are looking good. Wanted to test all the different lights. But unboxing with no fan makes me sweat. Lol, so in the end only tested two types. Shall wait for next time then test the others. 12watt square led white light with glass frame 12 watt round led warm white shoot light. After thinking, I think I had bought some LED lights that I may not use it. Like the 12 watt round led warm white shoot light. i have another 2 more which is 5watt. Maybe nearing the end of my reno, I shall consolidate the taobao goods that I not using and Lelong out.
