Hi skysheep, You mean you have already renewed your HLE after it expired? I know can only renew once. As my HLE has already expired in Oct, I've not renewed it yet. The OIC told me tt they will renew upon the keys collection. Did they say when? I tot they sld give us the keys by Dec.

And where is exactly this DB Board locating at? I am quite confused over the drawings. Can any of you take a pic of where this DB Board located at? I am also planning to get LG washer cum dryer. The dryer will be half load. My washing routine will be one on weekday and the other on weekend. It will also be separated by white clothes and colour clothes. Therefore, I will wash white clothes on weekdays which will be expected to b only half load. As for colour clothes, I will wash in over weekends and dry it manually. Think it will increase my efficiency. Unless I am a housewife, I can take my time to hang those clothes.

Hi xlan, I think they are trying to protect themselves, just in case it din really come as what you have requested for. My concern is the size of the sofa. Most models are quite big. I like a L-shape sofa but seems quite cramped to put one. We also eyed on one black dining tables with sparkling dust. This was seen at Trade Hub 21 branch. But the sale persons told me they left with few pieces and it was on sale. So it's not worth if we wanted it for our package. Dunno if it's true too. Hopefully I can settle this by next sat. For Kitchen Entrance, how about those sliding door which slide at the inner side of the kitchen, instead at the foyer side? I do understand that some of you highlighted that there are sockets at the inner side. Can these be remove and place somewhere else?

We decided not to put any aircon in bedroom 2 as we going to hack it and combine it with our MBR. A bigger 12 btu will be place at MBR, 9 at BR3 and 12 ****. The sales guy said that these are sufficient based on the floor size. I am happy that my living room got aircon.

Allo, I am referring to the window opening. Not the aircon ledge leh. I can't imagine the length of the window is 1.8M. So long... my MBR is v small only.

Hi, I've called HDB regarding the collection of keys as my HLE is expiring on 19 Oct. She told me they will help us to extend and told me not to worry. But when i saw some of your replies, how come some HDB officers said cannot extend and got to reapply?? They are not in sync.

Hi h4happy, How come you can go up to these blocks? I couldn't find my way up and when I wanted to take the lift. There's someone (worker) inside the lift and block us from taking it. Also noticed there are barricades to all the levels. sigh... But i am glad that the painting are done for block 26B. Really hope they can release it soon. We were also quite lucky for not being touted by those uncles.
