hmmm... but crazy car also hack kitchen tiles and HDB approve leh.. my ID also send to HDB for approval to hack that wall.. and my ID must buy back the kitchen tiles form hdb to lay back.. so sld be fine one leh.. u better ask you ID to check with HDB..

Hi Happy, Nice talking to you too.. no prob.. we can always meet up again.. just give me a call when u are around there to see if i am around ba.. !! we actually went to one recommended shop from my friend in balestier.. saw the dinning lights we love there then ask for the prices for all the lights we wanted.. Then we look around other shop to see if they have any other nice nice dinning lightsnand their pricing.. In the end we still went back to the light shop cos we cant keep our mind off that dinning lights.. hehe I tink the dinning lights is impt so u have to choose one that you really like and the rest you can bargain with the shop... tell them which shop sell wat price normally they will match for the same quality.. thats wat i did.. hehe

yah cannot hack too much cos of the electrical box and switches in the kitchen. we also want more sunlight to flow into our kitchen thats y we go for a glass door without frame Hope this will work Ermm.. my fridge is in my kitchen while my shoe cabinets is in the foyer area mah.. like the pic below lor.. !!

Hi Happy, We will be going almost everyday to our unit to take a look. Maybe if you are there you can give us a buzz to see if we are there ba.. We will be taking a day off on fri to receive our lighting and sanitary stuff delivered.

Went Balestier yesterday and finally bought our lightings : - 14 plc lights for false ceiling - 7 T4tube for cove lights - 1 dinning light - 2 kitchen lights - 2 toilet lights - 1 walkway lights - 1 bulb for store - 1 light for bedroom 3 total spending : $1,455 Before that went to royal franco and bought our sink, tap, toilet bowl,basin, shower setand some other sanitary and kitchen stuff. Another damage of $1,450. But at least most things are settled.. now sld be only left with furniture which we are not in a rush to buy cos not moving in so soon... will post some of the lighting pics i took using my hnp maybe later ba..

Hihi, I had just pm you my unit number and my contact number. you can feel free to visit my unit anytime cos tink day time workers will be there. But now nothing much to see yet also lar.. only my floor tiles and my toilet tiles are up halfway..no carpentary yet

Hihi Jazz, my reno is in progress now.. they are doing the wet works now.. just went up to take a look.. they are doing up my MBR tiles now.. so gan chiong.. hope it will turn out well u signing with tong hong huh? anyway tink that day we saw xlan slightly before we saw u .. but couldnt confirm is it her a not.. but i sort of recognise her mum from the pics she posted in her tread.. hehe

Is there any different from the 4room and 5 room MBr toilet? Our 3rd time le.. the first time is the redhill one then follow by the WIS.. tink same batch as Nemofc one.. cos after that got ppl complain leak of news tts y HDB change to this new system ba.. But still lucky to get this house!!!

yah i agree with you also.. but thou i dun cook frequently also.. but i very "chu lu".. so glass hob not really for me also.. but its really very very very nice.. so even thou i buy my hob le i will still go and see those glass one cos its too nice le!
