Looks like you have finish the flooring for your unit. Can we go and take a look?heehee coz not much people dare to use such a color. Most ppl use cream or white or off white color, tat is consider safe color for the flooring. Want to have a feel of it. !! Can i check since u using black color, will the space turn to look very small?? Do u have trouble looking for furniture coz of the color of u flooring?? My hubby interested in having black color flooring, but i feel it will make the room very gloomy and small (coz ours is 4 rm). Not sure if u got tis problem. Sorry for asking soo much qns.

Hi all, so angwee with HDB. Ask them simple qns cannot answer. when contacted different ppl, give different ans..... Can ask all of you, is it necessary for us to haf HLE valid in order to take key? Call their credit dept, they say if not change of income no need to extend, if necessary HDB will sent u letter to ask for new income docs to extend. Customer service side say depends on Customer service manager. Customer service manager seems very busy , dun wan to answer call.........Now me soo confuse liao. Dunno who to listen to. worried cannot get key soon

Hi happy, u looking for granite too?? i heard from one ID, she oso told me white granite now veri rare as the stock didn't come in. She further explain tat granite is natural stone mah, so if u wan to get those off white one it will be difficult.Less such granite available in quarry liao. S less stock available in market. I meant it sound logical to me lah. But how true is it, it still depend on whether u believe or not

Hi Cindy-Monkeybone, since the FSM gave u 100% negative remark, did he still wan to do ur biz? i heard some FSM dun wan to do if the plc reali jiat liat one leh. anyway i thought FS suppose to correct any negative angle in the hse. (correct me if i am wrong). wat is the charges like for the highly recommend FSM? Is it ike wat h4happy mention, a rm 1.8k? hi h4happy, u mean they help u to select the unit when u only have the estate plan?? hm... this means ur blk is a very good blk

Hi Guys and gals, May i check now which blk did HDB release the key to liao. seems like onli 25A is doing reno only. Also any one hire FS master? any recommendation? heard its quite x to haf one and the fee is about 1.8k.

Hi jasch, i meant is those taking loan from HDB and buying pte insurance. they got to pay the monthly installment by cash first before pte insurance approved. after tat then can switch to cpf monthly installment for the mortgage loan. That means u got to fork out cash for the mortgage portion. i understand that pte insurance need to pay by cash onli unless u take from HDB. hope this clarify for those taking HDb loan and not bank loan

Hi all, i am new here. We will be staying at blk 26D. Can help me add to the list? BTW haf check with HDB if u buy pte insurance for ur home tat HPS, u will need to pay the mthly installment (hse mortgage) by cash 1st before the pte insurance is approve. After tat then can switch to CPF deduction. In another words u got to fork out cash for ur mthly installment.
