My experience with Dylan from #imagecreativedesign was a disaster. Unprofessional with weak knowledge. Half of the time I was rolling my eyes so much I swear it almost came off. I am glad you met someone good that kept to your budget. Did it all go smoothly in the end? I am going with #inspirationlivinghomestyle and will start after 15 Sept. Our 4A resale will take 6 weeks to complete because he do not like to rush, prefer to do a good job.

I've spoken to #ImageCreativeDesign, 2 big guys & Inspiration Living Homestyle. Dylan from ICD liaised with me and I must say he is lack of knowledge, speaks poorly & have a very poor sense of humor. We went down twice and the 1st time, he lied to us over the telephone saying he has drawn out something and would like to discuss with us, so we took a cab all the way from Bishan to only found out that there was nothing. When I spoke to him of the items I want, he can't visualise and the materials he did not understand and to make things worst, he didn't quite understand him too. Most of the simple stuff which I've requested he didn't seemed to understand. He wanted us to sign up for his package right on the spot but we refused, however we asked for a layout drawing which we are willing to pay $200 should we take up his package, it will be waived. I didn't have faith in him but I know exactly what I want so without him it's still workable. We rushed down the 2nd time from work to take a look at the drawings. It wasn't properly executed and he tried to bull**** his way with his lack of knowledge and again wants us to sign up with his package immediately. We explained that we have other 2 to look at. He's once again asked us to sign on the dotted lines which we didn't. So we asked for the drawings to be brought back with us to do a comparison with others. Anyway, I've already paid for $200 so technically the drawing is ours to keep but he refused to give it to us & I said to call his boss on the spot. I am quite sure he didn't call, cos he just went around the corner pretending to call and came back fast. We were pissed off because if we are not interested, we wouldn't have taken taxis all the way to their office. I don't see what's the big deal because the drawing is awful & he's just a joke. Another thing I need to mention is strangely he "decided on a black/white theme" for us which we didn't even mentioned. The stuff I asked him to draw it in were not there & the tiles etc are all wrong. He should just quit his day job. For 2 Big Guys, I met up with Au. I can tell they haven't done much but he's way more knowledgable & brighter than Dylan. I work in a firm that does infrastructure so technically I know what needs to be done, what can or cannot be done. His quotation is more steep but I feel happier talking to him. Currently I am dealing with Luke from Inspiration Living Homestyle. The total work will come to 42K for my 4A resale which I think is reasonable. He provides valid suggestion and feedback on the things we want, if it's not workable he won't BS his way unlike Dylan. We are going with ILH and will start work after 15 September.
