i'm not too sure. i thought they're all the same...the difference in shades are due to the lacquer used. i personally like darker shades than the light brown ones.

i've planned my bedrooms to be using parquet... !!

as far as i know, blk 25a level 6 & 10 (both 4-room). blk 27b level 24-132 (5-room).

fung shui master coming up this saturday to "study" the place. then i may need to rush to look at one of a sample showroom at tampines, to look at the reno. therefore dun know how long i'll be at my place. i'll let you know the date again. when i was at my unit last weekend, one of the uncles actually knocked at my door while i was inspecting the flat. i did not open the door but when i was leaving the place about 1.5 hours later, he appear from nowhere and ask if i wanted reno services. wow, hard-selling...

hi hi. finally found another neighbour at my blk. welcome welcome. 4 or 5-roomer? high floor? red, you found defects? i've done my checks last weekend and luckily all ok ...except found 2 dead cockroaches in the bedrooms... . think they've been dead for a while coz they're covered in dust...

did you hack down any walls/rooms to make the living/dinner area or master bedroom area bigger? !!

i'm considering having an L-shaped kitchen. will decide again once feng shui permits.

i'm not taking up the uncle's offer or engaging them to reno my home. !! have not decide how to reno other than having homo tiles (for living/dining) and parchet (don't know if i get the spelling right) for my bedrooms.

i've already collected my keys... have been approached by one of the "uncles" to have my flat renovated by them and become a showflat. they'll give certain discounts & freebies as a carrot. but i dun think i'll do it... !! will be getting a feng shui master to "study" the place soon. only then i'll be able to decide on the reno plans...

25a was the first one to collect keys, then 27b was 2 weeks ago. next week start will be 27a. folks, there's another new 5-room showflat at 27b #24-132. i never went up but one of the "uncles" told me that. the showflat unit number was also written in the lift. !!

hi all, i'm collecting my keys coming weekend and i thought of getting a professional fsm to give some advice. anyone to recommend?

i went to see the show flats this afternoon but did not really see much. only managed to see the blk 25a level 6. personally, i find the renovation is really at the basic & to the minimum. went up to 10th floor but it's locked and it mentioned visitors need to go tanglin halt. does anyone knows if there're other show rooms around? are there 5-rooms ones? when i left the block, someone downstairs handed me flyers and a business card, mentioning he's from one of the reno shops at blk 18.

think the collection of keys has nothing to do with balloting or SERS. it depends on the sequence of the block completion which have already been planned upfront.
