Hi My ktichen is next to the bomb shelter, Is there any regulation that we can't build overhead kitchen cabinet on this wall partitioning the kitchen and bomb shelter? I was told you can't drill too deep into the wall for a secure cabinet. My ID suggested having a wet kitchen basically putting the kitchen hob in the service yard, making the actual kitchen a dry one. But I was told the authority might not extend the gas pipe to the service yard, heard of such thing? Thanks. Kelvin
