Actually the MSCP roof garden is very vulnerable to vandalization. With the MSCP conveniently located and with all the surrounding schools, seriously impossible to keep it in decent shape in long run. I read from another forum that TPY central horizon's roof garden face the same problem initially. Seem like there are some voice out from the residents and that some kind of padlock implementaton is done. Anyone in for such similar petition :-) ?

Wah this is very irresponsible and unsightly. I hate those neighbour messing up the corridor, especially drying of clothes etc. Those from blk90, do alert town council about the charcoal stove.

Get the IDs to remedy this..else discuss to meet an agreement to reduce the outstanding balance. Really not your fault and worse still, u did your homework initially. Charge the fault to the IDs.

Kari, if you have yet to pay the full renov amt, it'll be helpful to ask for amendment for the unstatisfying work. Hold onto any outstanding payment, you have your right to ask for correction on unacceptable work.
