  1. Did my home reno with space concepts last year, their workmanship is good, very happy with their carpentry and tiling works. we did the kitchen (full reno except that we kept the wall tiles), 2 toilets (full), carpentry for 3 bedrooms, whole house windows and grills, and other general items like painting, hacking of walls, etc. unfortunately, there was some miscomm on quite a few items (some carpentry laminates were wrong for kitchen and 2nd bedroom, and they installed 4-panel sliding windows instead of 3-panel sliding windows for the bedrooms, some of our old floor tiles and our old dresser table were accidentally discarded by their contractor, and the paint type they used for painting the house was wrong - we asked for Nippon 3-in-1 medifresh (for the anti-bacterial properties) but their painter used some other Nippon paint type instead), but after clarifying with them, they did rectify everything. the carpenter/windows guys actually removed/dismantled the cabinets/windows (which were all already installed) and re-did the cabinets/windows as per how we wanted, and they gave a deduction to our final quote to cover the cost of the dresser which their contractor accidentally threw away, and their painters re-painted the whole house with the correct paint (so then we had two coats of paint - yay!). I think it was very respectable for them to honour what they promised to the customer although it would be costly on their part to redo everything. Obviously the project was delayed overall but we had no urgency to move in so didn't mind. most importantly, the final quality of their work was good. they are very contactable and responsive during the reno period and also during warranty period. after we moved in, there was an issue with our washing machine outlet pipe overflowing and the plumber came down several times to try to identify/rectify the issue, and the carpenter also came down once to patch up some minor works. been almost a year since we moved in and no major issues so far. all-in-all, I would recommend them for their quality of work and responsiveness and especially for their integrity in honouring what they promised. my ID was Joanne, who I think is the boss of the company, very nice and down-to-earth lady, and our PM was Albert, very helpful and friendly and sent us lots of pictures during the reno process to keep us updated on the progress, which we really appreciated. I am recommending them to my parents who want to do some minor reno works, and will probably use them again if i ever needed more reno works done for my own place. however, I would also suggest that homeowners should take the responsibility of keeping themselves updated on the progress of the works and take the time to do actual site visits during the reno period, so if there happens to be any miscomm, you can catch it early and let them know and rectify it ASAP, so it doesn't delay the handover date. but not to worry because I am sure that Joanne will definitely make sure that she rectifies any problem or issue if there is any, cause she's very particular about customer satisfaction. i think its very important in choosing an ID to pick someone who is trustworthy and cares about the customer.
