  1. Hi! This my first time buying condo, I bought a resale unit, completion date haven't reach yet. Normally for condos where do we get the floor plan? Is it ask the seller's agent, or have to go through the management committee of the condo? I would like to get the floor plan before completion date so that can start planning reno.
  2. At my current flat, the OpenNet point is in the living room and I connect my modem and router to it directly. My parents just bought a new BTO flat, will be renovating it soon. The OpenNet point as constructed is hidden inside a cabinet in the kitchen. There is no space in the cabinet to put a modem and router. I googled around and it seems like some people pay OpenNet to move the point somewhere else in the house, or do a trunking for the fibre cable. Seems strange that the designer will locate the OpenNet point in a place that will be inconvenient for the owner. Is this common practice?
