Hello.. could you share contacts for erik the fan installer and the digital lock instller. I have gotten the same alpha fan as you and I suspect my installer did not do a good job. The fan is not sticking to the ceilng firmly like theres a gap in between. Hope to have erik over to check. And your curtian contact s? Thanks in advance.
