    Hi Kelvin, it must be all you're getting now but can you PM your electrician's contact? How is his work? My 5rm BTO was uted about $4.5k for electrical works, which, looking at the general pricing on Renotalk, is quite a fair bit more. Thanks in advance! Dave & Liz
