Terrible experience with their moving service for the last move. We have labelled all the items nicely, instructions briefed to the leader clearly & heard the leader briefed his men. In the end, items were still moved wrongly which created a lot of inconviences for us after the move. We don't want to pinpoint who exactly is in the fault but I can only say the experiece was terrible for us. Their charges are not cheap yet their service cannot justify.

I would think it can be possible with strong reasons. One I can think of, is that you need the cash proceeds for medical purposes. Example, to pay medical costs for someone who needs to undergo surgery or operation.
