  1. Last year i went up that road but i tink it is still under construction so the security chase me out. So is the swimming pool open to public? standard olympic size? Cos now the nearest pool i go to is at Yishun there. If this one is open to public then can save me some time. jogging to and fro quite time consuming.

  7. Hey thanks for the sharing! i think this is very informative. maybe some of the units have these issues that hdb don't know of. later with the reno and stuff then the problem surface, and we don't know the origin of the probelm le. i tink u got a very experience electrician that probaly save u some $$. Will do as wat u advice before i start reno. Thanks again!!
  8. when i took over i had the same problem with the common toliet. tink is the sand and dirt that was washed down the pipe. hence had to clear from the floor below. luckily that time my one level lower neighour had not moved in so can clear quite easily.
  9. Melted? quite serious leh. so far never see this happen before. can think of 2 possibility. 1. the material for the electrical circuit blah blah are sub-standard. 2. u guys use something that draw a very big current? but again most of the big current thing in a house whole are the air con, which already have its own cable and stuff or water heater? maybe our house vacant for too long and hdb din change out the electrical wire b4 selling to us recently? if not we maybe using a lot more electrical appliance than hdb had anticipated 7 yrs ago. heh..heh..
  10. Really a lot of MJ ka here. I long time never play le. play small small and preferably day session can jio me. getting old cannot tahan those over night session.
  11. Half block!! I am not sure the extend of my blackout. As far as i can remember, twice i came home from work, switch no light so just go and reset the ELCB. Once was sleeping half way, get very warm then discover the fan tripped. So again reset and continue to sleep. Tink maybe something wrong with the power grip? Not stable. "Candyprincess: makes me wana have a big family now. ... .. . ... . .. ... NAH! no way we cn afford it here in SG... 3 is enough.. hehehehehheheh" Wow... 3 huh? tink now a days 3 is consider a big family liao.
  12. do u sleep with ur lights on? if not then y afraid of the dark? but come to tink of it, my hse oso kana blackout a couple of time due to the ELCB tripped. Trouble shooting found no apparent appliances costing the trip. Any of you guys/gals experience the same thing?
