  1. I wonder how I am able to get my money back. Even thru small claims tribunal, this bogus company can still act blur and default on the order. Maybe I should be patient and wait for Kevin to come out with the money in order to comply with the order which had since expired.
  2. Hi Kevin, First, I did not insist on a 30% discount, your so-called GM offer it to me after multiple delivery failures. When we spoke in your office on a Friday, you told me the refund will be done on a Monday by your staff. I kept calling to inquire after that but no news at all. I had no choice but to file the claim at the small claims tribunal. Regarding the t-loan sofa, your guys did not come to my apartment to collect. Your delivery company called to make an appointment to collect the sofa. I told them to inform Sense Art to do the refund and they can make the appointment to collect the sofa. I did not refuse to let your guys collect back what's yours. What for? If you really want to help, just follow the order of the small claims tribunal. It's been more than 6 months and this is just draining.
  3. Then do help me in my case. Issue a cheque to me, according to what the small claims tribunal ordered you to do.
  4. Adding on, we (consumers) shop for furniture hoping to take delivery of what we bought. If nothing is delivered, a full refund will simply do the job; end of story and we can buy our furniture from other retailers. The agony that Sense Art caused the consumers is just too much. As much as I want to give your company the benefit of the doubt, all things are going against it.
  5. What a joke. First, you (Kevin Ben Lim) said you will refund me the money. Nothing. Second, I went to Small Claims Tribunal and TWICE, nobody from Sense Art showed up. Probably you guys know that you are going to lose anyway and the registrar will make the order against your company. Third, order was given by the tribunal to make out the money order to me (what is owed + the admin fee). Nothing was done. Fourth, called you and you have the cheek to say that Sense Art is closed and no refunds will be made. Confidently told me to go back to Small Claims Tribunal's Bailiffs section to go through the entire process again. You said you are here to settle our problems, then just make out the money order back to me. Put you money where your mouth is. When this is done, I will make a post saying that you have done so and is actually ethical despite all the negative comments on this forum. Deal?
  6. Attached is an SMS I got from a fellow victim of Sense Art. "Take note of this recalcitrant trader - SENSE ART. They were forced to liquidate their company and were given direct orders by the landlord to vacate their Macpherson place. My lawyer had informed me that they shifted to 11 Sims Drive #01-01 (Plush Mattress Boutique - PMB)."
  7. SenseArt is closed. There are a few small claims filed and orders are given for them to pay but they are not paying. Need to engage a lawyer to enforce the order. Very frustrating. They must have cheated many consumers since they were at the last furniture show at Expo. Better file your claims early since their company status is still live on ACRA. It's a big hassle. Those who need guidance can pm me.

  9. Hi wfk9, from your nickname, I supposed you are staying in waterfront key as well? I am going to file my claim through small claims tribunal. The MD, Kevin Ben Lim, promised me a full refund on 9 Mar but till now, no news. **** frustrating. =(

  10. Seriously, every delivery date set failed. Until now, I am still waiting for the sofa delivery. Also, no need to tell people to cite their invoice number, when you guys don't even know when the delivery dates are. Delays and delays and delays. I'd been calling and calling for so many times until I remember my invoice number by heart. This is very unprofessional. Customer service; basically none. Every time you guys said will call me back, no call. Pushing the blame around from one person to another. It is very hard to be understanding when you guys do not even show a little bit of customer service. You keep asking customers to be understanding to your guys but you guys should be more understanding to your customers instead. Customers take leave to wait at home for delivery, this is a bloody waste of time to wait for nothing. I'd bought furniture from so many different companies but the worst is Sense Art. Buyers BEWARE!
  11. Fed up with their service. Arranged sofa delivery and got a call saying their warehouse in Malaysia caught fire and my sofa was burned. They said will provide a replacement sofa to be delivered on the same agreed date. No show and no sense of courtesy to call. I had to be the one actively checking the delivery status. Arranged another date, no show again. As I am writing this, I was supposed to wait for their delivery but got a call from their subcon delivery company saying that the sofa will only be delivered tomorrow. They think we are very free to stay at home all the time to wait wait wait and wait. Wasted so many days of leave just to wait and for nothing. Don told me that if the delivery is not done by today, they will offer a full refund. I am fed up with them and am pursuing a full refund from Senseart. So would be customers, please stay away unless you have a lot of free time to call and wait.
