And it gives a very nice smell too From Daiso Thanks to a t-blogger for introducing this We used this to clean our 2 entire bathrooms (wall tiles, glass panels, basin & mixer, toilet bowl exterior etc.) We saw they also have a mini version of this in our recent trip to Daiso. Bought it to clean our basin & mixer and rainshower. Keep them sparkling They also have a toilet bowl washer version. Our "Dust Bunny"! A gift from my meimei It's been awesome. Let it run around to pick up the dust (which is a lot) everytime before we mop. We also bought a magic spin mop set. Forget to take photo of it. It save us so much energy from all the washing & drying of the mop. Makes mopping a little more fun too! Hehehe.

HAPPY NEW YEAR everyone! We had our very first housewarming + countdown on 31st Dec with our group of close friends. It's lovely to warm up our new place with them Haven't taken photos of our completed place yet as our study & guest room are not ready. However we did manage to get in our guest's room sofa bed from IKEA. Really thankful the lady who served us managed to squeeze in delivery + installation for us on 30th Dec! Her schedule said earliest was 2nd Jan...but we told her we need it urgently as my sis is coming to stay-over on 31st Dec. So glad she managed to squeeze us in after checking with her office We also finally made our 2nd Amazon purchases after much waiting Here's what we ordered:

Shopping Day! We went hunting for a side coffee table at Tan Boon Liat building. Instead of a usual table, I found this! (Candles & flowers are added by myself:) ) Bought these 2 items from Taylor B. This match the tissue holder I bought from Muji the other day Also managed to buy pots & pans today! Now we just need to wait for Amazon to deliver our knifes set & cooking utensils and we can start cooking proper!

Yup ours is grey. Not sure is it from Dulux or Nippon paint catalog.

Still waiting for ID & carpenters to re-rectify. That day the carpenters came & told us some "solution" that doesn't work. Gonna asked them to do it another way. :S

Bought 200 hangers after we moved in on Monday😝 + a full car load of other items! Thankful for a friend that spend his off day driving us around to buy stuff Finally removed our blanco sink protection sheet! Shiny shiny 😍 Our kitchen backsplash are up! Love the outcome of the overall color combination!😆

Washing Machine & Fridge were delivered to us on Tuesday! Both items got weird issues... Samsung washer's plug is too "fat" to fit into the plastic switch cover hdb provided... The gain city delivery guy told us many new BTOs faced the same problem. So owner have to either remove the whole plastic cover or cut a bigger hole for the cable to fit properly. We decided to just add a multi-plug instead haven't do our 1st wash yet. I guess it should be okay ba. Our fridge problem is =.="""" ID allocated 90cm for my 83.6cm fridge, with the tall unit beside it at 60cm. But his carpenters left only 85cm for my fridge because they built the tall unit at 65cm!! Now our hand cannot reach the furthest 3rd switch inside, which is for our service yard light. Why this happen leh? Why ID never check? I've asked our ID multiple times "you sure our fridge can go in?" And he always said "yes" confidently without bothering to measure it to make sure it's 90cm. Actually before they delivered the fridge, I had an uneasy feeling about that space, so I quickly went to measure it. Indeed my sensing is right...the measurement is wrong. But still I'm glad that at least the fridge can fit in. Now it's our hands that cannot "fit in" to reach the last switch LOL. We are still waiting for ID & his carpenter to rectify this for us.

Moving Day 21.12.2015 We moved in 3 days ago! ^^ Prayed for good weather & indeed was very blessed to have the perfect weather on our moving day! We also had a very pleasant experience using The Helping Hand as our mover. They are strong, fast, professional & friendly! Cute uncle posing for my camera:P Internet is finally up yesterday. So miserable without wifi as our new place 4G reception is terrible ><"

Curtains! Flowy & dreamy~ Totally made the whole place so homey now Living Room - Day & Night Curtains Closer view... Common Bedrooms - Roman Blinds MBR - Day & Night Curtains (It comes with the tassels but not shown in this photo) Was introduced to our curtain supplier, a husband & wife team, by a neighbor. Very friendly & good service, with excellent prices too. During the first meet up, they brought all their fabrics catalogs for us to choose. They also helped us make sure our fabric choice will match each room's wall & carpentry color They carry fabrics from Spain, Turkey, Melbourne & Taiwan. Their curtains are all custom made locally. Very happy with the end products!

Hey guys, need help with regards to my slimline hood. Does this looks okay / normal? I felt the gaps on the left, right & top a little too big... Is it normal? My ID said they need sufficient space to slot in the hood, but I thought it's supposed to be fitted properly w/o any gaps. Would appreciate if any of you have photo of your slimline hood to share.

Today our company had Christmas gift exchange (secret Santa). My colleague who's buying for me bought something so thoughtful & I'm so excited to use it in my brand new kitchen! I think he just came back from business trip... IT'S HAPPYCALL DOUBLE PAN DIAMOND! Directly from Korea! Wheeeee~~~ This is the very first pan for our kitchen. Off to a good start!
