hi vicki, not so expensive like 2500 for 1 toilet mirror vanity, suspended cabinet and shower screen. although i never do but that time i remember its like 500,500,500 around there only. at least better than ikea ones which my mums wardrobe n cabinet all spoil exactly after 1 year. Some more i drill myself, sweat n tired. i ask ikea ppl they says is compressed wood. so cannot last. then every year we can go ikea buy again. good strategy. but no doubt their designs are trendy and nice. i think you check around the prices. $2500 for 3 things is too much i think.

hi kayden, saw ur quote. not much details is stated in it so its very fishy. hdb permit 300 usually the company pay. how much is your flooring cement screed and tiles and labour ? not stated. accessories is $50 1 set, yours is $80. everything is not clear like how many sqft, ft, height, depth, etc.......... carpentry warranty how long? lastly company not hdb registered reno too. u can check from hdb website. anything happen how, this is not a 1000, 2000 product, this is a 10k,20k, our home, bro. this is my opinion based on what i know, other members might give u more info. u go compare others first. all d best.

hi vicki, this is the redo drawings with the gypsum wall up to the full height. and spotlights n dining lights switch on.. Previously never turn on ....hahaha,,,,

hi vicki, yes, i took out the feature wall so its 22235 -1600 feature wall +1368 platform = 22003. My id mention one thing is feature wall is to hide the wires, but u can also put lightings behind it. it will shine out the feature wall. then if at night u only want to watch tv, just on the feature wall lights. that will be very very nice. if no lights then feature wall do not stand out. And if u do feature wall just want to hide the wires then no point because all the wires can be hidden behind ur tv console. Of course other ids or contractors will want u to do as many things as u can bcoz they earn more. that's y i took out loh. But really, lights behind feature walls really make your wall stand out and beautiful. It reflects from behind rather than u put your spotlight on it. Really different feelings. Up to you. haha.

hi ericgan10, i did the platform storage for 1368. solid plywood material. if no storage is even cheapier. inclusive of theside platform to the wall. n the small wall on the left. but when they are sleeping is actually facing the windows. so its legs near the windows. fengshui - sleeping cannot face the door thats why do a short wall to block.

hi vicki, have not inclusive gst. thats all my total price. wow, you did a lot of things. i still have 1 more room have not decided yet. i have already throw the question back to him. haha. same thing ask him to help me think what to do for the other room. no ideas right now. but at least i already got all the measurements of the furniture ready that can fit. he draw out one by one for me, n he told me what to buy for the track light, watts should not be too big if not too hot because i did not put aircon in living room. so far a lot of other advice n ideas. any ideas? share share leh................

The 2 extra walls and lbox at kitchen is he gives me at no charge. $1368. for the platform include the side n the wall. haha i nego with him n get discount. by right is $1520. ok la. shoik.

hi whitesox, the coy is registered reno contractors n have their own designers as well. they have their own carpenters n their own factory in sungei kadut. so for 3d drawings and designs of concepts there's no charge. i went to a purely ID firm n they charge me $2500 only for designs, crazy! all d best!
