hi peihao83, warranty covers in the things they do, like ceiling, carpentry, tiling, plumbling, etc... included false ceiling as well.. well i have compared abt 7-8 coys before finalising it. so i guess its ok. moreover the most important thing is the person. if u feel comfortable with him , thats the most important thing to me. but anyway thanks for ur advise too.. greatly appreaciate.

Hi iwk90, initially I want to do tiles but after that saw the laminate quote nice too so I change la. So with laminate flooring it's cheaper. 3d drawings is the angle that's y look smaller. Electrical quotes also must go up to site n view to know how much. Behind I still add more things. Total abt 21plus. But after going to many ids last time, I realise that if u want more designs, u will have to pay more. It's pretty standard. Eg. 1 wardrobe if u use like 4-5 different laminates color, u have to pay additional for the labour n materials cost. So it depends on ur design too. But normal designs n good workmanship at reasonable prices , ya he's good. no worries we are here to share info. All d best!

Hi walterwhite, no no worries we are here to share informations. Some price like plumbling n electricity quote on the high end tats y can give free items. While carpentry on the lower side which have to make sure that the workmanship is good. Coz kitchen cabinet varies from 110 - 170 per ft. I think can ask for abit lesser yay my opinions. Hi, ur quote looks expensive.. Some areas like plumbling, painting, electrical, carpentry too.. Maybe u can compare around. Most importantly is u feel comfortable n price within ur budget that's good already. All d best!
