hi tkc01, item 3,4,5 no comment as dunno ur size of floor n wall. item 6 ,7 overpriced already including the tall unit. item 8,9,10,11 is seriously overpriced. i think u better call my contractor, think can cut costs quite a lot. my friend doing island also not so expensive. do compare more others. is this a ID firm? small company tends to charge like that because 1 mth 2,3 deals good enough already for them.

Bro, depending on what u do... N must break down the list too.. At least reasonable price that will be good enough but not overcharge. A lot of small companies will overcharge bcoz 1 mth they clinch a few deals good enough already so must be careful. Find others to compare!

Dear ALL fellow owners ! just an advice. don't be like me, only 1 mth before getting my keys then i confirm my contractor..then i had to rush like **** on my house renovation concepts, designs, shop for furniture (based on the extra space that i have). eg. dining table not more than 1.5m length.... sofa max. lenght i can buy is 2.3m...... especially the lightings bcoz all this can be hidden in the renovations behind the wall or cabinets so that we cannot see the wires and look much nicer. Like for my case i only got 4 sat/suns to see all this. Go jalan besar, balestier, ikea, furniture mall, etc..... to shop shop.....then my wife fussy some more headache and tiring man. If can, give yourself at least 2 mths. 3d drawings also take 5-10 days, then amend again another few days. so 3 mths before hand will be very comfortable and less taxing on health. haha!! all d best!

hi pdark, thanks for ur advice... greatly appreciated. ya the mirror is the id idea. also once u wear ur clothes u can see the mirror. Aircon is directly facing bed haha... yes the wall tiles at kitchen is additional.... also can hang cooking utensils. id suggests to me. thanks pdark great help!!
