    think d price ok, plus minus 1-2k...at least not those people 29k,32k....
    but kitchen top 24ft so long? use quartz its better....scratch n heatproof...

    wardrobe can go for sliding too.....

    kitchen cabinet better to use blum hinges, my friends one, already spoil after 1 year.

    any free gifts haha? my contractor comes with hood, hob, toilet accessoiries total to $5k.

    check with him la. as long as u are comfortable n happy, ok liao.

    hi warrgogo,

    yeah my id is giving me quartz below market price. market should be around $130-$160.

    i have checked with him already.solid surface is $80. granite is $100.

    everything is in black n white and i have been to their office twice and always a lot of

    customers and spacious therefore i feel confidence. 15yrs company.

    workmanship quite good and 5 years warranty unlike others who are giving 1 ,2 yrs ony.

    thanks for ur advice. so far i have check its still ok.

    their coy is hdb registered reno contractor unlike alot of id firms who are not. they just sub out to ppl.

    they have their own carpenters as well. maybe thats bcoz their price is on low side. i think coy is

    around 15yrs so i think harder to run away or do a bad job for me.

    the person is friendly n truthful to me on the things that i want. in fact he ask me to save costs rather than

    other ids who says do this do that. so far i feel quite comfortable with him.
