They called us up, wants us to pay then talk so nicely. allowed us to go to their unit this time!! said don't want to bothered us actually(how nice of them!!), but our renov caused their ceiling fell!! now got to paint their whole kitchen at our cost, from wat i heard from contr, their ceiling already show wear and tear

Kitchen Sink- Die die want it this way, so that my chute is not blocked, don't want it to hide rubbish chute under cabinets. Is this breakfast table? thanks applefreak for your reply.. thats what I'm afraid of.. you mean they can engage their own contractor and fix the damage if there is?? till now I can't think of any reason why would the worker wants to take their bricks!! now I keep wondering if they trying to tekan us since we are renovating our flat, 20over yr old, sure there are wear and tear somewhere.. lucky our next door neighbour rather friendly.. as for the floor cracks, like u say, safe than sorry, I'll be the ks owner..

HELP NEEDED!!!! hmmm.. how should I start?? I'm facing 2 problems now.. Problem 1 Before hacking our 2toilets and kitchen, my ID edwin, went to my lower floor neighbour, to inform abt hacking and at same time take pix of their kitchen and toilets as proof but no one in, so he slipped his namecard under door. same nite, owner called, screaming at my ID, said our renov workers borrowed their bricks and never returned, threaten to complain to HDB. Edwin made a trip down to their unit, trying to solve the issue. but owner refused to open the door. and for 2 days he called Edwin, just keep saying wanted to complain to HDB abt the stolen bricks. and ofcos, he refused to let Edwin in to take photographs. Problem 2 Tody hub went up and found long floor crack in 1 of our room. No hacking was done in our living or bedrooms. Intend to have our room floor laminated. Questions 1. Do we need to inform HDB about the floor cracks? or can we just laminate our floor? 2. Can we get HDB to assist us to our lower floor neighbour house to take a look? Thanks alot
