  1. hi greenpeace, you have your point too which i can agree with Each have to be happy to whom they engage, that is most important of all. When money concern, we really need to be very careful how we are going to spend it, whether worth every dollar cents or not. Each expectations and requirements when concluding a trade or an agreement are very very dynamic, no single reno firm can please the whole wide community of consumers out there... It all depends on what consumer wants... btw enjoy the process of building a blissful home of yours, be it with any reno firm...have fun!! Cheers!
  2. hi greenpeace sg, understand your point of view and where you coming from... in fact being nuetral it all depends on your needs n budgets.. I ever asked and complained to Dave about Intra ways of quotation, but afterall we cannot change how each corporation work right. i had my HDB done during dec 2007, as for price, i took a gamble of engaging them with no breakdowns in pricing....done research + judging from what been done by intra previously, lastly their track records. probably the differences $ with other ID pricing may be fraction of thousands either + or -. one thing i can assure new customers out there... their aftersales score an A. Intra had given us (Compassvale road) a peace of mind, whenever i need help in areas of some touching up when we accidently 'destroyed' some of the carpentry...ha ha... spill i mean... Replacement done nearly free of charge..my ID was Dave, or is Dave, he have been very responsive (you can look at history of feedbacks) action speaks! every customers have their rights and free to judge any ID including Intra. At the end of the day, important is that what being accomplished that lead to satisfying each client + responsive aftersales services.... with best regards,
  3. hi sharpion, hope things going on with u bro.... cheers
  4. hey sharpion, me same same as you man, tiring and so tiring after a house warming today 11.30am - 7pm (23rd Feb), all guests of mine given us a 100% marks for this newly made home! so happy, really and proud to be the owner. dave creativity have really paid off as his design include many lightings made our new home glows (even with darker carpentry). i made use of his effort by turning on various spot lights with airconditioning as well. the comfort + design + lightings effects + soft jazz, made me received excellent comments from ALL guests, yes ALL GUESTS! beside locals guest, i have also invited severals japanese couples, koreans, thai's and m'sian....heee international comments hah, 100% excellent feed back! keee, all becos of the works of dave creativity ... at work, i would be looking forward at most of the time for 6pm to arrive, where me n wife can go home quickly and spend more time at home rather than anywhere else.... hope you do feel the same way i do.....oh almost forget, Happy Lunar New Year Bro! hope you 发财 too! Cheers,
  5. hi LLG, all of it abt dave have been written back in all these pages, pls refer to it, in details.... cheers!!!
  6. hi sharpion, glad that our feelings about intra is mutual. i've been given an auspicious date on 28th dec n moved in already even thought touch up not complete . on 29th dec several intra pple came for the touch up n i can say they r really prompt. the painter man came as early as before 9am, follow by carpenter & electrician. the environment was in happy mood as all of them got along very well. the carpenters, whenever will always find a solution in solving your problem in some minor problem/adjustment areas as n when found to suit our needs (without any hesitation in fulfilling). same as the rest of intra pple.. till today, several furnitures have arrived and finally it feel more and more like a proper home... now still shortage of sofa, shipment only come in during end jan.. but hor most headache is still the unpacking, as it seem like no end... now been day 5 staying here and we still have about 10 cartons (out of 42 cartons) left unpacked yet, really hope to finish bit by bit after working hours in the night.. i will give intra every penny worth the spending. whenever i call dave for help, he will arrange his pple to come at our convenience, so far they've never fail me, n i'm really really please even payment been fully paid about a month ago. hope u have settle down already...cos me still struggling to complete it all....cheers
  7. hi sharpion, good day to you bro!! we've been really really buzy with many things nowsaday all for our new nest....ever since the carpentry is up, near completion and handing over (maybe in a week or so). all i can say that we are VERY VERY VERY pleased with the workmanship (A+++) and unexpected design touches to some areas. current status is touch-up n touch-up period. dave have been very responsive to all aspect during the work process. he has also been helping us in sourcing for the correct materials and giving ideas in making our new nest to the best he can. he would often ask (us) "u all like the design or not" from time to time, which i personnally think that it is a very good way in understanding the client's needs. we learnt to understand him more thru lots of conversations that in order to get our job done, he had in fact go the extra miles (regardless of scolding or demanding from his suppliers) to give us things that we need for our home. i do hope we share the same feeling about this man who make us what we call a "quality designed home". every penny is really worth the spending. cheers to all INTRA fans out there..
  8. hi, true, initially we dun like the idea of the quotation being presented (quite turn-off and felt reluctant to return back for 2nd appmt), but still having followed up with 2nd appmt onwards, quality and workmanship are assured and they are very confident of making your dream home come true. Now we are in the process of carpentry work, all i can say is with no regrets of engaging INTRA. in all, it's all up to you to decide
  9. hi, do hope u'll enjoy the process like i did half way now. i saw ken before, very friendly looking n so as the rest of intra team members there. my impression since our 4 visits there, they are like a big family, very cooperative in all, still it's up to each to experience it. my carpentry work will begin tomorrow, so glad that this day finally come since nest zZzZzZzz for a week plus.. it should last for a week or more as informed...in the day i work in office, at night i will hv to work as night shift inspector to my new nest beginning tomorrow hight..ha ha... as my current house is just 15mins walk away from new nest....
  10. hi performa, i hv gotten the quote from them b4 (during mid year), but after 2 follow ups, decided to drop them. reason is $ at high side nvm, but the ID that attended to us not really attentive to wat we told him, design came out different on subsequent follow up. good feelings hence faded n he was then out of our short-listing. well, in service line, attentiveness is what all customer need, then come to quality, then $. we wun mind paying, if it is worth paying for...
