talking abt our toilets... it s**ks lor... the wall tiles are so ugly, and we can't hack it... sigh... tot i can do up my toilet at mbr to look like hotel style... but the **** tiles spoil my plan... HDB's taste n fashion sense is really very bad and orbit lor... =(

Hi all Blk E, My OIC called me in the morn... She say our keys will be ready soon... they are conducting final inspection now... We'll be expecting the loan application letters this month... Then key collection will be maybe next month... !!

Don't worry... the HDB officer told me that blk D n E will get the keys by this year... probably later in Nov or Dec... So smile... and look forward to that day... Wah... always feel excited when reading this forum...

Hi Blk E owners... I've called up HDB to check on when we are expecting our letters n keys... I was told that HDB have not received the keys yet... Once they have rec'd the keys, they will send letters to us. From they receving the keys to allowing us to collect the keys, it'll take abt 2 mths... sigh... think we can only collect it in late Nov or in Dec le ba... *sob*

haha... quite true... hey, u seems to know quite alot abt FS wor... ur interest?? I actually wanted to look for master you long zi to see feng shui... but aft some tots, think forget it lah... coz if see le then must really believe n follow... anyway, is there any rule to say bed is better to rest at which direction?? sometimes feel very scare to spend so much $$ to buy hm n reno and end up with bad FS then everything also go downhill... sigh...

sure... u can call me tat, it's fine... think 1 of the factors to consider a ID is also whether we are comfortable with them... from what u have mentioned, think cindy from im@ge is not bad... then the deposit thinggy, dun think they will refund u cash... u try to argue n insist them to do something for you lah... think it's better than nothing. But of coz if they are willing to pay u cash back, it's the best liao. dun give urself more headache by sourcing so many ID lah... i think they are abt the same in terms of layout (coz our hm is so small) and quotations... their workmanship will then play the role in helping us deciding who to choose. And also which ID u're comfotable with (who u can "click" with). it's only my opinion... dun take it too seriously... coz i'm the kind who hates headache... hehe...

Hi...i'm chrispy's wife... actually,u can try to give im@ge another chance... dun noe lah... my first impression with them was that they r branded n exp... but after the 2nd neeting, we told allen (the id in charge) on our budget n constraint, he reworked a quotation to meet our requirments... and the $$ is within our budget lor... if u r going back to im@ge, u may try allen teo. nice guy... Or u may try Ciseern.... their design is nicer and special, though not very practical as compared to im@ge... if u would like to try ciseern, u may approach Gina, the lady boss... her design is more towards special n daring... also,maybe she's the lady boss, it's easy for her to make decision... as for the amt paid to orange, if end of day u decided not to use them, get them to do something which is worth $800 for u... eg, a shoe cabinet, a simple wardrobe for bedrm 2/3, etc... dun let them earn the money so easily... sigh... wondering when's my turn for key collection... haven't rec any letter yet wor...
