is there those timer switch in the market? where we can on the heater switch and it auto off in x time?

not enuff sun shining in i guess. Especially those 4-rooms units. My neighbour complained that practically no sun come in. They hanged those metal poles along the corridor but was asked to remove it by HDB. i seen people hanging bedsheet from the living room window. Few months ago, still see clothes drying at the amphitheatre. Solid man

it's more windy-er for those units facing outside. our unit can be quite stuffy during the day.

think the dust shd come from reno in the estate. The pail of water is very grey and dirty after mopping. Have to change water several times. I think water bill is very high loh if i mop everyday -_-

if no time, can get those part time maid to clean up for the first time. Will be easier for you. i think we spent a good few weekends to clean up the house. Every week clean liao, next weekend the ID came up to rectify something and we got to clean it again. too much reno going on in our estate. Just 1 week, it become dusty liao

we have protective film for the window? i clean using newspaper and it work fine for me leh. alamak, than how to clean like this? there was 1 guy who came to our place asking whether we want to get solar film a not.

I heard in both masterbedroom and one of the bedroom where air con is on.

i guess so most likely is due to expansion and contraction of the parquet floor i just worry that the parquet might come off next time

They came up to uor unit today and decided to re-do the gout line for us the varnish they did for us was okie. Not by HDB but by their contractor. Anybody faced with this problem? when u on the air con, can hear those ticking sound from the parquet?

duno what is the cost i doubt BSC will do it for us my ID say must use those 'mao pi' to paint coz it is so thin. in another words, i think it will cost alot.. might as well do it myself. sianz

my id is suggesting that we can paint the gout line it will last longer but it is a very tedious job

Today, i spilled something on the floor. even if i immediately wipe it, the gout line already got a bit stained. goodness, is this very common? i duno is the gout line colour wear off or it is stained but it seems a bit orangy-yellowish now. No way we can avoid such thing?

anyone done their renovation and the gout line become dirty again despite they whiten it previously? sianz leh. my contractor had put protective boards on the floor but when they did washing, the gout line become dirty again. had already mentioned to BSC but they have not rectified it. my ID mentioned to me that over years, the gout line will be dirty again due to dirt.
