Hi Everyone, Finally got my SengKang 3rm BTO key. Now here the question, should I engage ID or Contractor? Got around 15-17k budget to spend on renovation. A few basic thing that I want, Kitchen cabinetTV feature wallWardrobe for all roomInclude those basic concrete for cabinet and washing machine , piping and plumbing work. Etc etc... Add on Shoe cabinMbr platform bedStorage seat near the living room windowHeadache ah! Not to mention really not much time to go and look around.. Sigh.. Anyone can really recommend me any ID or Contractor that will work out thing with me and with my BUDGET (Most important)
