Hi All, I also had very bad experience with Co'zy. Wrong design and hubby already drawn out what we want on 1st delivery, 2nd delivery again wrong. Now it's already the 3rd delivery still not to the standard and still they can say their product is so exclusive. My feedback 1) they could not meet deadlines, 2) even they do site measurements also can do smaller, 3) they don't set fix time for delivery and also inform the sales person and worst they make wrong things for you! So I also thought it's only reasonable that they give some sort of compensation, discounts, free gifts they didn't even bother to say anything. So pls don't buy anything from them.
