When the workers are laying the tiles for my living room they also lay the same tiles in the bomb shelter.. Agreed with the ID that I don't have pay a single cents on this.. hehehe

Due the the beam the runs above the Bed room's door, i also have my air-con truncking running under the beam between the living room and the bed room entrance corridor. Looks **** obvious unsightly, will have to do a box-up to cover it up.

In this case, the resolution of the picture would be 1080p (only on a True HD TV) but the quality would be of a normal DVD quality. The Upscaling DVD player just increase the sampling point of the signal which would result in a 1080p HD output but normal DVD picture quality (720p). When collecting my keys, I saw from the Request for Cement screeding form that it would take 3-4 weeks for the work to be completed. I ask the HDB officer if it would be able to expedite the process. She told me that i can go to the building service center and hand the form to them for "express service" So, happily, i cross the TYP central road and walk to the Building service center. Guess what, they told me that they cannot do anything about it and i have to hand the form at the Branch office. Wah Liew.. BTW, anyone staying on Blk A level 23 like me?

My quote is about 29k. Did the basic things like Homo tiles, kitchen cabinate, hacking of walls for bed room 2 for walk in wardrobe, overlay of wall and floor tiles for one toilet, TV console, feature wall to hide the bomb shelter with build in shoe rack, and a customize L shape sofa set that cost 2.4K (still considering about this item), some wall paper for living room and main bed room etc.. I thing 29k is probably fair price to pay for such stuff. The most expensive qoute so far; A massive 38K from whiteboard design at noble house for pretty much the same item. Thats expensive.
