Dear in charge, I would like to know the quotation for Mitsubishi Starmex 4 x 9000 BTU/hr (just for the 4 rooms and I reckon that after all the fixtures in rooms are up, 9000 BTU shld be okie) Questions 1. Wondering if you also tell me what are the material used during the installation? Armaflex Half Inch Insulation/ G22/ 16mm Drainage pipe Any site survey before installation? And I assume my contractor will coordinate with you regarding installation? such that there will be no hiccup of any sort) 2. What are the other costs (possible) that I should be aware of ?(esp prior to/ during and after installation,) 3. Type of warranty offer by your company and/or by Mitsubishi. [eg labour for checking/ diagnosis of AC problem , transportation for reparation, cost of replacement parts( I heard that the starmex despite being the most popular, its PCB board failure rate is high), are they cover under warranty] 4. Mode of payment? Any installment plan?
