Hi, I find your posts to be very informative. It's first time I heard of Gerberit! Since you did the ledge in the shower area, I'm just wondering why the two hot/cold water pipes below the mixer are not concealed in the ledge? Was there any constraints? Also, you posted pics of the old air-con ductings. How did it turn out after your renovation? Any pointers?
