If laying parquet or laminate flooring, cement screed is olso provided by hdb, so e fees shd b lesser olso. - Haulage fees for Resale HDB Flat is payable to e 'Demolition Contractor' ngage by ur ID/contractor. Price range frm few hundreds - thousand +. - Haulage fees for Condo, pte apt. & landed is payable to e 'Demolition Contractor' ngage by ur ID/contractor. Price range frm few hundreds - thousand +. But for works outside hdb, pte is olways higher in price. Condo & pte apt have their own set of rules, so contractor gota observe & end of e day, e $ is bear by client.

Can tell frm their dying dragon, smudging chinese poem tattoo. - so far, i see 'they' r not a threat at e foodpark. - they r there bcos of e 'frndly beermaid' whom they can flirt wif & TCSS wif 'old-time brothers' like they had used 2 at their old turf. - personally, i think, they dun bother u if u dun bother them. - yah. Gd idea. - there is a family of workers consisting of grandparents, parents & kids 'working' in e nite around blk 79. - they cycle & push trolleys, collecting unwanted cartons/boxes at e ground floor lift lobbies & centralized refuse bin areas. - they r making a decent living, olso they help 2 clear away e unwanted boxes. - so i olso like 2 suggest 2 neighbours 2 discard ur unwanted boxes etc dnstairs. - furthermore, e lift lobby at ur lev wil b cleaner & may not invite potential thieves & burglars. - my neighbour told mi sometimes he watches DVD til e wee hrs with his main door open. - his unit is facing e staircase, he can see strangers using e stairs. - most important thing is dat we r at e 30+ level. - then e other neighbour's dog wil bark. - his parents' unit is at blk D top few level, can olso see strangers esp youngsters loitering around & puffing away at e staircases & hiden corners. - Hana Hana w r u? - its time 2 write lomantic luv letters liao.

Hey neighbours, - jus got e 'U-Save Rebates for Households' frm our beluv SG Gahment. - $95 for e mth of july08 - nex 3 - 6mths think i dun nid pay utilities bill liao. - frm e SP services bill, a pamplet is enclosed. - it said dis Utilities-Save rebates is part of e GST Offset Package. - 4-rm rebate of $790 in total, 5-rm rebate of $500 in total. - gona strectch for a period of 5 yrs, starting frm jul07, in e mths of jul & jan. - subsequently reduces e amount of rebates. - remaining/unused rebates wil b carried 4ward 4 e following mths. - seemed like i had missed e first 2 rebates = $105 x 2 = $210. - it wld b best if got housing loan rebates.
