ya is it very low? i tot boxed up is very nice? i am sure your toilet dun have those Eeeky pipes like mine.. me not clever, i dunno bout such things.. But i think on top of my common toilet it was boxed up last time already.. when i got the flat it was there but in a very bad shape , paint peeling and all.. really bad..

Hey mace.. oh no lar! the marble flooring was left by the previous owner.. i kept it. my reno cost doesn't include my flooring, only the kids room is laminated.. wa if marble flooring is included then it is very very cheap already!!!

Simeiz.. thanks.. the MBr toilet is nicer then the common, if only the pippings can have a colour match with the wall tiles, that will be great!! Yes i changed the grills i dunno how much as it is included in the whole package and maybe it is nice because they are one panelled type , meaning cannot slide open. they are stronger. hi there wendily thanks.. heheh.. maybe i will sit in there for a long time as it is my habit... but i think too long i will go dizzy with the wall tiles man.. !!

Hey phx... thanks!! ya i am glad i kept the flooring but ah the red wall is a bit too bright the ici catalogue showed a darker red.. haiz.. abit sianz.. cos of the flooring the red shld be darker.. Hehhe Btw its not a mirror but tempered glass.. hahah optical illusion, included in the contract as for the platform i dunno what brand but all i know it is 12 mm thick not the usual 8 mm laminate.. thank you very much!! i hope it will be airy still with the furnishings.. everything included except for lightings , toiletries accesories, my wrought iron grill ,my halls shelves and shoe compartment.well now i understand why you are sian.. maybe he is very very busy? I think no contractor or id is perfect for mine he is very good. Oh and one thing when we engaged him there isn't any 3d drawings but only one for the kitchen..

Yes he managed to do it within our required time frame of 6 weeks.. he rushd for me.. but there are a couple of odds and ends that he is supposed to complete, no major issues.. haiz.. now i have to wait for funiture to arrive next year.. boring... but will update with more pics next year with furnishings in..
