I had used the HCL89 from http://hcl89.byethost10.com for the after renovation cleaning for my brother's new flat sometime back last year and it was really a breeze to use.
The HCL89 product worked really well on the homogeneous tiles my brother had as it had managed to polish the homogeneous tiles like glass which looked really fantastic
A good product to diy your own polishing/cleaning after renovation or simply to get rid of tough stains on your tiles

As long you modify it, its fine and do not copy it 100%

I really doubt its plaster because if its plaster it should be easy to remove, i think it should be something else in my opinion

Actually not necessarily, because sometimes the darker colours tiles may make dirt/stains more visible than lighter coloured tiles

You can get the chemical called HCL89.
I usually get it from http://hcl89.byethost10.com or http://hcl89.atwebpages.com
What it does is that it cleans your wall tiles/glass and also helps to create a protection for it so that always remains new.
Hope this helps you out
Plan to use the HCL89 from http://hcl89.byethost10.com for the after renovation cleaning for my brother's new flat. Product looks rather good, and did some testing on a small area and product works rather well. Will keep you guys posted after i use it to to clean my brother's flat after the renovation
