Dear neighbours I need some help regarding flooring. Any neighbours here did granite flooring? What's the difference between granite and homogenous flooring? I have been reading until I confuse liao. Is granite designs more limited? Is homogenous durable? Do we need to give special care to both the tiles?? Thanks!!

Dear all I finally collected my keys!!!! However, got some questions hope you all can help me. I was given an "Application for Interbank GIRO" form under Pasir Ris-Punggol Town council to fill up. Is this correct? Thought we are supposed to be Bishan-Toa Payoh? Correct me if I'm wrong. Another thing, I didn't bring my son's birth cert when I collected my keys. Thus, I didn't update his particulars. Is this ok? Is it a must to update? TIA!!!

Basically, we should be looking at the following: - Flooring for rooms and living room - Build in cabinet over bomb shelter for shoes and umbrella - A feature wall for TV - Build in wardrobe for MBR and BR 1 - False celling with lights and celling fan for living room - Kitchen cabinets, sink - Shower screen for 2 toilets - Build in cabinets/vanity top at MBR toilet - Aircon for 3 rooms Above can do for a budget of $22k? I'm fine with contractor or ID as long as they can provide good and practical suggestions. Another question, do we need to register or activate the water, gas and electricty with SP on the day we collect our keys? Can do it another day?? Thanks!

Hi all I'm finally collecting my keys on the 17th. Anyone scheduled for that date? Another question, we were approached by this contractor from Inter-Rally. Anyone heard of them? We happened to bum into the guy and he asked if we are getting our flat soon. He brought us to see 2 of the units renovated by them. It looks quite nice and the guy was quite helpful too. He said one of the unit was renovated for about $15k but its only minimal renovation. No chance to talk to the owner, so asking if any1 here heard of them? Thanks!!

Hi Redwym Oic. Thanks. Childcare Centre Indeed, TPY only have about 5 childcare centres in the whole estate. We went to survey all when I was putting my son into childcare centre 2 yrs back. However, it's either couldn't find one which we liked or no more places liao. In the end, put my son into a childcare centre in Tampines that is near my mum's place. Was hoping there will be more childcare centres now, but sad to say, no leh.
