i think thats nt the case, as our flats are being reno by him right nw. i think somebody is trying to bad mouth him. hes very efficiency n good we start reno on the 10 dec the tiles were laid and in a week time,include hacking of walls, and cement done, hes a good contractor lor.. any doubt pls reply here,

ya,we pay onli 350 for the p.e endorsement hacking of the wall is another charge, it is stated in our renovation permit, the 1st wan is pending, after they send us a 2nd copy of the approval.

Hi Ms White He quotes a reasonable price, very creative, friendly and patient. Even though we had met him a few times, we had made a lot of amendments on our design. He is still very patient to change the design for us. He and the other contractor is in our list. We regretted choosing the other guy. But we have no choice because the contract is sign. Its a very long story also. Since we does not have the opportunity to let him do, i hope i could share it for the others at Blk 79.
