    I also considered JB home products but it seems that savings are not much and for electricals, they do not have the Singapore Safety Mark. If you want to buy from JB, might as well consider Taobao since Taobao is cheaper than JB.

    Toilet bowl and sink are low cost items relative to tile replacement. Better to just replace them since the cost savings is not much anyway.

    At least they bother to rectify. Some contractors just ignore you after they receive payment or just hang up the phone on you.

    Their schedule for electrical wiring was packed but they had several available slots for light installation. In the end, I opted to just buy and install lights. They are much cheaper as compared to other stores and I think quality is quite good.

    Bosch power tools are pretty good though

    Very expensive! I got a quotation from a recommended company for lights and electrical work all add up to less than $3K only.
