  1. found out the the flooring that I renovation. They did not make properly, think water was trapped inside which caused the smell. Thank you all for the advice.
  2. My toilet recently after renovation the non-slippery flooring (from porousway) start to smell. After much "smelling around", the drainage hole is most likely the cause. The funny things is that in my toilet there is 2 drainage hole, the shower area is linked to the basin area. The smell is coming only drainage hole from the shower area. I tried flushing with large amount of water and even tried boiling water. But the smell still persist. Also notice a increase of small insects. My master room toilet, not renovation, has not such issue at all. Can any advice?!
  3. I have request to change the glass for the dinning tables which they did ... .but 3 times the glass they sent is not in good condition. Finally i visit personally to the shop which they visit my house afterward to "SEE". The sales-lady and the manager came. And agreed to change the glass again. The manager was kinda of pulling a "fuc**ng" long face. The sales lady is much better and more polite. After 2 months (got tired of chasing them), the sales lady called me that the glass will arrive soon. Will update again once it arrive. Sigh... this type of manager .... how to have good service???? Hi reds .. 7-8 weeks ... norm for them. Very experience in delay the goods.

Hi, initial I was looking at artificial plant too .... but finally i brought real plant because 1) maintenance is low .... not as tedious as i thought 2) price is lower as compared to those which look really real 3) lower the temperature of the house maybe mixture of real and fake will be good idea ..
  5. Pity you and myself. Dear Forum readers, if you friends, relative are planning to buy furniture do warn them of such lousy firm .... don't be a victim of such lousy company. RED APPLE with a big worms.
  6. The delivery arranged with me on 24 Apr. However they did not turn up nor give a call. No news on 25 Apr. So I have to take the initiative to call called them and arrange on 25 Apr. The delivery but the replacement chair is worst then my current and the glass has some kind of patch that cannot be clean off. So tired of this furniture company .... my advice: DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! Their goods and service .... S U C K S ! ! !
  7. Previously they told me will replace the defects on 24 April. Still no news from them to arrange the delivery. I will keep everyone update on the situation. Poor service.
  8. Notice the coffee table short of 1 stud .... so tired. And the coffee table showing white color powder.... not sure it is mold or not ... For ppl looking for furniture please precaution of this shop ....
  9. I just found out another defects on one of the chair. Called the salesperson immediately. She said she will change a new chair for me.
  10. Me too, another victim. Bought from IMM. I should have checked the forum before I buy. They delayed for 3 weeks. When the goods arrive there are also defects. Call to complaint, the manager voice was not sorry at all. He sounded as if they have no responsibly at all. The service suck. Did not expect such service from Singapore. Do not buy from them. If you need to buy from them, give a small deposit. After the goods arrive, please help us (the victims) to delay the payment as long as you can. The delivery sucks, so if you need the furniture on May, tell them you need on April. If they call you on April for delivery, delay them, keep the furniture at their warehouse.
