Finally did our shopping for most of our stuffs like lightings, furnitures and bathroom accessories. Bought all our lights and Fanco Icon 48' from Nissei Lightings located at Blk 326 Woodlands St 32 #01-109.Very friendly and nice uncle and auntie running the shop.

Electrical Done yesterday and today is preparing false celing and boxing up of aircon trunkings

Today morning met my id and his electricians at my flat to finalize the shifting and adding of power points.Then the electricians started work immediately.I will go inspect and update tomorrow.

My id met my good friend who is the aircon installer at my place and they discuss how the pipes should be run as short as possible and not affect the design of the house.

Fan coils installed after pressure testing. Next is to box up the trunkings. ID arrange electrician and false ceiling guys on Monday.

We choose the starmex series instead of heavy industries because we want a more powerful compressor.We would like to on the living room fcu and bed room aircon together.Other models once on living room, not cold enough for the bedroom.

Tomolo will be installing my aircon pipings.Fan coils units will be install at a later date when the whole house paintings is done. We have choose to install Mitsubishi System 4 for our house. Condenser unit - MXY 4A38VA 38000btu Living room - 24000btu Master room - 12000btu 2x common room - 9000btu Lightings,toilets vanity sets,rainshower sets will be delivered tomorrow as well.

Today went up to check the progress during evening , all kitchen bases, fridge kerb and washing machine kerb done.shower kerbs for both toilets are done too.My ID have also liase with City Gas on the installation of the pipe today.
