  2. Hi Birdy Sounds like he's either considering killing himself or is a peeping tom. Stare back at him la haha... To all my dearest neighbours, HAPPY NEW YEAR !!! May 2009 bring you fortune, health and happiness and of course to those that had not move in officially... everything swee swee soon soon hor. Those that had moved in enjoy the neighbourhood. I also wish all weirdo/inconsiderate neighbours eg dripping water at ppls clothes, peeping tom, karaoke on full blast on weekday nites, barking dogs etc...etc... all wake up their idea, mend their ways and help to make this neighbourhood more beautiful..... Cheers ! Amoyz
  3. the hdb survey ? close already right ? Try mail in the hardcopy hopefully they are still taking in.. I submitted mine after the closing date and w/i few days they called me to clarify some of the points I feedback .. so u try lo.
  4. wa..mentioned about this make me hot. 2nd day after I moved in, my dried clothes were wet as 2 storey above our unit were dripping water. I went up to the unit and knocked their door (after my maid encouragement ). The auntie answering me was a chinese foreigner, speaking beijing accent. Opened the door with only a 2 inch gap just enough for me to see her nose. (making me feel like I am a bad person) After I told her politely what went wrong she told me her washing so wet dripping with water before hanging out which she agreed and I thanked her..... After 8 months plus her washing machine is still not fixed, her laudry is still dripping daily. We have to watch out for the man-made rain to keep our clothes dry ! Worst still... no fix timing ! Anyone got any tips to help me and spinball to take care of such inconsiderate neighbour ?

  14. Hey pps, Just stumble some cleaning TIPS while surfing the net, un-tested. I will try if I can find white vinegar. Let me know the result if you do. I think we all have dirty grout in toilet haha... Clean grout by letting full-strength white distilled vinegar sit on it for a few minutes and scrubbing it with an old toothbrush. Kill germs all around the bathroom with a spray of full-strength white distilled vinegar. Wipe clean with a damp cloth. To remove grime, mildew, and scum from the tub, tile, shower curtain or door, wipe with undiluted white distilled vinegar. Rinse with water. Happy cleaning....there's more tips - http://www.vinegartips.com/cleaning/ Update, HDB just called me about my parquet gap say will ask contractor to call me soon. See how things goes... but I am wondering how these gaps are form and am concern whether I will find more in future.
